(referred to as Party B) for the testing and commissioning, training and as built of security system of .(referred to as the owner) in accordance with the principles of related laws of the People’s Republic of China and the municipal stipulations of Shanghai Government and on the basis of the following terms and conditions: 第一款 工程概况 工程名称： 杭州道富 工程地点： 杭州 The Project Project Name: SSB Project Location: Hang zhou 工程实施内容 安保系统的调试、资料、培训等事项。 Work Scope Equipment testing and commissioning, training and as built of Security System. 第三款 施工工期 本工程的施工期为本合同签订后6个月（不包括验收时间）。 Construction Period The construction period is within six months upon signature of the contract (excluding time for testing and commissioning.) 第四款 调试和验收 乙方须根据安保系统的基本要求，完成其各项基本功能，并交由甲方验收。 调试结束后，乙方将完整的调试报告提交给甲方。甲方在收到乙方验收通知后一周内组织验收，验收合格后出具验收证明。 Testing and Acceptance Party B’s shall complete the project in time and guarantee it conform to the requirements of this Contract and hand it over to Party A for testing and acceptance.
