Abstract：Thesewagesludge-basedactivated carbonsadded manganesedioxidewereprepared by
microwaveradiationandchemicalactivatingbyphosphoricacidehloride (H3PO4)asactivatinga—
gent．Andtheaffectingfactorsofsewagesludge-based activatedcarbonsarealsodiscussed．The
effectofaffecting factorssuch asactivatorconcentration，microwavepower，radiation time and
manganesedioxidemasswerestudiedsystematically．W heniodineadsorptioncapacitywasregarded
asevaluatingindex，theoptimum preparationparameterswereobtainedasfollows：activatorcon—
centration40 ，microwavepower320W ，radiationtime4min，manganesedioxidemass0．3 ．
Theeffectsofvariousfactorsonpropertiesofactivatedcarbonareinthefollowingdescendingorder：
