西部地区农村文化与思想道德建设 ---以甘肃省民乐县南古镇景会村为例 苏晓琴 （凯里学院马克思主义学院，贵州 凯里 556000） 摘要：自改革开放以来，随着我国政治经济的不断发展，人们对物质文化和精神文化的需求也在不断提高。我国仍然是一个发展中国家,而农业一直是我国经济发展的基础,更是国家自立、社会安定的基础。但是我国农村人口多、可耕地面积少、农村人口文化素质低、生产力水平低下等原因始终制约着农业的发展和国民经济的可持续发展。为盘活国民经济全局，实现可持续发展，中央审时度势，在十六届五中全会上作出了建设社会主义新农村的重大战略决策，为今后我国农村勾画出了“生产发展、生活富裕、乡风文明、村容整洁、管理民主”的新蓝图。而要建设这样的社会主义新农村，就必须注重农村的道德建设和文化建设，大力提升当前农民的思想道德素质和精神文化素养；同时，在社会主义市场经济条件下，加强思想道德建设对于增强全国人民的民族自尊心、自信心、自豪感，激励人民为振兴中华而不懈奋斗有着极其重要的导向作用。因此，在农村加强思想道德建设，以先进文化和思想武装农民，对于促进农村经济文化的发展具有现实意义。 关键词 ：农民；思想道德；建设；文化； Culture and ideological and moral construction in western rural regions - in minle county in gansu province NaGuZhen jinghui village as an example Suxiaoqin （Kaili college, institute of marxism ,Guizhou, Kaili, 556000） Abstract: Since reform and opening up, with the continuous development of Chinas political economy, peoples demand for material culture and spiritual culture has been improved.Our country is still a developing country, and agriculture has been the basis of economic development in our country, but also the basis of national independence and social stability.But Chinas rural population, less arable land, the low cultural quality of the rural population, low level of productivity, and always restricts the development of agriculture and sustainable development of national economy.In order to revitalize the economy and realize sustainable development of the situation, on the fifth plenary session of the 16th made a major strategic decision to build a new socialist countryside, for the future of Chinas rural sketch out the production development, wealthy life, polite phenomenon, clean and tidy appearance and democratic management of the new blueprint.And to build the new socialist countryside, must pay attention to the moral construction and cultural construction of countryside, enhance the farmers ideological and moral quality and cultural accomplishment;At the same time, under the condition of socialist market economy,
