生 物 灾 害 科 学 2012, 35(2): 188 －190 Biological Disaster Science, Vol. 35, No. 2, 2012 swzhkx@163.com DOI ：10.3969/j.issn.2095-3704.2012.02.016 富平关中奶山羊临床型乳房炎病原菌的分离鉴定 1 2 李守杰 ，王桂英 （1. 渭南职业技术学院，陕西 渭南 714000 ；2. 聊城大学农学院，山东 聊城 252000 ） 摘要：为进一步探讨关中奶山羊乳房炎感染病原菌的情况，对富平县三个不同乡镇的79 头患病奶山羊，共118 份奶样 进行分离鉴定，共分离出7 种共126 个菌株。其中大肠杆菌36 株，占28.5%；金黄色葡萄球菌28 株，占22 ．2%；绿 脓杆菌23 株，占18.3%；链球菌21 株，占16.7%；变形杆菌8 株，占6.3%；蜡样芽孢杆菌6 株，占4.8%；酵母菌4 株，占3.2%。认为该研究区域的关中奶山羊乳房炎主要是由大肠杆菌，金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、链球菌所致。 关键词：奶山羊；乳房炎；病原菌；分离鉴定 中图分类号：S852.3 文献标志码：A 文章编号：2095 －3704 （2012 ）02 －0188 －03 Isolation and Identification of Mastitis Pathogen from Guan Zhong Dairy Goats in Fuping City 1 2 LI Shou-jie ，WANG Gui-ying (1. Institude of Agriculture of Liaocheng University, Liaocheng 252000, China) Abstract ：The purpose was to identify the type of acute mastitis pathogen of Guanzhong dairy goats ．118 samples from 79 sick dairy goats were collected，from which the 126 strains of bacterium were isolated and identifled separately. The result including 36 of Escherichia coli (28.5%), 28 of Staphylococcus aureus (22.2%), 23 of Pseudomonas aeruginosa (18.3%), 21 of Streptococcus (16.7%), 8 of Proteus (6.3%), 6 of Cerea Spore Bacilli (4.8%), 4 of Yeast (3.2%). Positive rate of pathogen of milk samples is 79. 1 3%and mixed infection rate is 20%. The major pathogens of clinical mastitis in Fuping city are Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aer
