2010 年家畜环境与生态学术研讨会论文集 中兽医针灸学的研究与应用 嵇晓光 （福建农林大学动物科技学院） 【摘要】中兽医针灸学(Traditional Chinese Veterinary Acupuncture ，TCVAP) 以家畜禽为主要医治对 象，因其简单易懂，疗效卓著而受到现代兽医学的青睐。中兽医针灸在治疗骨骼、皮肤、生殖、心 脏、胃肠等疾病上取得了很大的成功。在犬猫上，针灸应用于椎间盘疾病、肉牙瘤、髋关节发育异 常、关节炎、轻瘫、瘫痪、慢性呼吸道病、创伤性神经损伤、肌肉损伤、呼吸道病等疗效显著。针 灸的作用机制包括生理学作用和心理学作用，针的刺激可明显地活跃神经系统，针灸可能与内啡呔 的释放有关。实验发现，在针剌某些慢性疾患的过程中，白细胞吞噬细菌的能力明显增强。本论文 主要介绍了中兽医针灸的发展、原理、神经生理、器械、疗法、对免疫的影响、禁忌症、治疗效果。 【关键词】中兽医学；针灸；机制 The study and application on Traditional Chinese Veterinary Acupuncture Ji Xiao Guang (Animal science of Fujian Agriculture and forystry university) Abstract: Traditional Chinese Veterinary Acupuncture takes family poultry as main treatment object. It receives the favor in modern veterinary science because of its easily understand and the curative effect outstanding. Traditional Chinese Veterinary Acupuncture obtains the very big success in curing skeleton, skin, reproduction, heart, stomach and intestines. On the dog and cat, it is remarkable to treat the meat odontoma, the thurl growth exceptionally, arthritis, the paresis, the paralysis, chronic respiratory tract sickness, the wound neurotrosis, the muscle damage, the respiratory tract gets sick and so on. Its function mechanism has the physiology and the psychology. Needle may stimulate the nervous system. Acupuncture possible obviously concerns with fei dai releasing. The experiment discovered that in curing certain chronic illnesss process, white blood cells ability of swallowing bacterium obviously be enhanced. This paper mainly describes to the development of veterinary acupuncture, principle, neuro-Physiology, equipment, therapy, immunotherapy, contraindications, and treatment effects. Key
