民用核安全设备无损检验人员资格管理规定(HAF602)(国外英文资料) Regulations on the qualification of non-destructive inspection personnel for civil nuclear safety equipment (HAF602) (on December 28, 2007, the state environmental protection administration and the national defense science and technology industry commission ordered the implementation of the issue on January 1, 2008.) directory Chapter I general rule Chapter ii institutions and responsibilities Chapter iii classification of grades and qualifications Chapter iv qualification, certification and administration Chapter v supervision and inspection Chapter vi legal responsibilities Chapter vii supplementary provisions Chapter I general rule Article 1 in order to strengthen the management of civil nuclear safety equipment nondestructive testing personnel, ensure the quality of civil nuclear safety equipment, according to the regulations on the supervision and administration of civil nuclear safety equipment, these provisions are formulated. Article 2 these provisions shall apply to the examination and administration of non-destructive inspection personnel of civil nuclear safety equipment. The methods of non-destructive inspection of civil nuclear safety equipment include ultrasonic, radiation, magnetic powder, infiltration, eddy current, visual inspection and leakage inspection. Article 3 the personnel engaged in civil nuclear safety equipment nondestructive inspection activities, in accordance with these regulations to participate in the inspection and qualified certificate, shall not engage in corresponding method and level of civil nuclear safety equipment nondestructive inspection activities. Article 4 the civil nuclear safety equipment nondestructive testing personnel by the competent nuclear industry authority under the state council in a unified manner in accordance with the provisions of the nuclear safety regulatory authority under the state council, approved by the nuclear safety regulatory authority under the state council, i
