Recycled content in infrastructure (LEED-ND GIBc15) Dongguan Mingying Plaza Main Contractor Monthly Report – LEED ND 1．工程概况 Project background 本项目, 民盈广场, 坐落在东莞市新的城市市政, 文化, 商务中心区, 本项目位于东莞大道和鸿福路北侧, 簪花东路以南。本项目用地面积为104870.8平方米,为一个混合用途发展项目, 包括商业购物中心,酒店, 住宅及办公楼。 本场地为已开发的空旷场地，整个场地平整，坡度很小，没有濒危物种和生态种群，附近没有湿地和水体, 亦没有具历史的老树。 The project, Dongguan Mingying Plaza, located in the center of municipal, cultural, business center area in Dongguan City. The site located at junction of Dongguan Ave, Hongfu Road and Zanhua Road, with a total site area of 104,870.8sq.m. It’s a mixed-use development with retail, hotel, residential and office tower. This development is located at a previously developed site.
