冠心病PCI术后患者相关知识掌握程度及影响因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析冠心病PCI术后患者相关知识掌握程度及影响因素，给临床医护提供参考。方法 制定调查问卷，随机选取该院2016年1―12月收治的96例冠心病PIC术后患者作为该次调查研究对象，了解患者相关知识的掌握程度，并分析结果影响因素。 结果 PCI患者的认知程度受到多种因素影响，学历从低到高评分为（0.62±0.46）分、（0.81±0.39）分、（1.18±0.60）分、（1.57±0.39）分；年龄越高，认知程度越低下69～80岁评分为（0.67±0.50）分，50～69岁为（1.09±1.41）分，30～50岁为（1.19±0.47）分，18～30岁为（1.23±0.39）分；城镇居民认知为（1.27±0.53）分，高于农村的（0.82±0.48）分。 结论 临床上必须从思想上认识到术后患者相关知识掌握的重要性，同时加强冠心病支架植入术后患者宣教，结合患者情况，选取合理的宣传教学方式，进而实现提高患者健康行为的目的 [关键词] 冠状动脉支架植入术；健康教育；影响因素 [中图分类号] R193 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）04（a）-0082-03 Analysis of Related Knowledge Mastery Degree and Influence Factors of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease after PCI Operation LI Yun-jun， LI Ya-nan， QUAN Quan， YUAN Wei-na， JIANG Yong-zheng Department of Cardiology， Jiawang District People’s Hospital， Xuzhou， Jiangsu Province， 221011 China [Abstract] Objective To analyze the related knowledge mastery degree and influence factors of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI operation and provide reference for the clinical medicine.
