盐城纺织职业技术学院 2015届毕业设计（论文） 题 目 JC1/8变化蜂巢织物工艺设计 专 业 现代纺织技术 学 号 姓 名 指导老师 交稿日期 摘 要 纺织业作为我国的传统产业，对国民经济的发展发挥着非常重要的作用。它创业早、规模大、基础好。随着中国加入WTO，我国的纺织业面临的竞争更加激烈，竞争焦点逐步提高到创新层面，例如：新原料、新工艺、新技术、新设备、新产品。同时，中国的纺织业也面临着很好的机遇，中国纺织行业有了更为广阔的市场前景。面临机遇和挑战，我国纺织业只有加快纺织产品的升级才能在新的挑战前继续实现纺织业又好又快发展。 蜂巢组织所织成的织物外观美观，立体感强，比较松软，富有较强的吸水性，在各类织物中均有应用。棉织物中，常用以制织餐巾、围巾、床毯、台布等。本文以1/8变化蜂巢织物为对象，经纬纱使用棉纤维外，还重点介绍了络筒、整经、浆纱、穿经、织造、织物后整理的工艺流程，设计工艺时应注意的问题和产品的质量控制。 关键词： 蜂巢组织；织物 ；工艺流程；质量控制 Abstract The textile industry as Chinas traditional industries, the development of the national economy played a very important role. It start early, large scale, a good foundation. With Chinas accession to WTO, Chinas textile industry faces more competition, competition, the focus gradually raise the level of innovation, such as: new materials, new processes, new technology, new equipment, new products. Meanwhile, Chinas textile industry is also facing a very good opportunity, Chinas textile industry has become more broad market prospects. The opportunities and challenges facing Chinas textile industry is only to speed up the upgrading of textile products to the new challenges of the former continue to achieve sound and rapid development of the textile industry.
