摘要 单位工程施工组织设计是以单位工程为对象，具体指导其施工全过程各项活动的技术经济文件。该施工组织设计是规划和指导该工程从施工准备到施工验收整个过程的综合性技术经济文件。在设计方案的过程中，在满足业主的要求的大前提下，以国家的相关规定作为依据，按照设计图纸、招标文件、施工现场勘察的资料，严格遵循施工组织设计的编制原则，设计出高质量，低成本，进度快的优质方案。 工程量清单投标报价是根据批准的施工图、既定的施工方法和招标文件的有关规定，按照国家或省、市颁发的综合定额（有企业定额应按企业定额）和相应的工程量计算规则，分别计算分部分项工程量、措施项目工程量，然后计算分部分项工程费、措施项目费、其他项目费、规费和税金，最后根据市场和竞争对手的具体情况确定投标报价。 关键词：施工组织 设计方案 工程量清单 综合定额 Abstract Unit project construction organization design is based on the unit as an object, specific guidance the whole construction process of various activities of technical and economic files.
