“国家核心价值与公民文化建设”研讨会综述(国外英语资料) A summary of the seminar on national core values and civic culture construction 13 August 2010 - 15, sponsored by the Marx Institute of Jilin University, Chinese socialist society dialectics Research Association, China Seminar on the reform of the national core value and the construction of civic culture Journal of contemporary world socialism club organized the Twelfth National truth conference, the eighth national reform theory discussion will be held in Changchun. From Tsinghua University, Jilin University, Central Compilation and Translation Bureau, China University of Petroleum (Beijing), experts and scholars of Liaoning University, Nanjing Political College of Chinese PLA, University of International Relations of Chinese PLA, Anhui provincial Party school, Guizhou Normal University and other universities and research institutions in more than 30 attended the seminar. Experts and scholars around the world focused on the core values of the country and the construction of civic culture, and launched extensive and in-depth discussions. The main contents of this symposium are summarized as follows: I. implications of the countrys core values The question of what is the core value of the country is one of the focuses of the conference. Tsinghua University professor Zhao Jiaming believes that the core values of the country should be implemented in the states function, that is, whether the social functions and class functions can be fully realized, the realization of state functions is the core value of the country. In particular, the core values of the country overlap with the core values of society. Therefore, the core values of the country should be realized through dealing with social relations.
