A: an organization, especially an enterprise, must maintain human resources planning and formulate a corresponding human resource strategy to maintain its survival and development, and to have qualified and efficient personnel structure. Human resource planning refers to the prediction of future organizational tasks and circumstances, the requirements of the organization, and the process of providing personnel for the accomplishment of these tasks and the satisfaction of these requirements. The aim is to make the best use of the shortage of talents for the benefit of workers and organizations. In the development of human resources strategic planning, to determine the number and type of personnel needed to complete the objectives of the organization, and needs the effective supply of the collection and analysis of all kinds of information and prediction of human resources and the needs of the future. After determining the type and quantity of personnel needed, human resource managers can begin to formulate strategic plans and take various measures to obtain the human resources they need.
