工作压力源与工作投入心理承受力的调节作用
A b str a c t
N ow adays, the prob lem of job stress has already b een w idely paid attention by
the w ho le society. S eriou s job stress cou ld not on ly endanger em p loyees health , but
also affect their w ork engagem ent, and then im pact th e effectiveness of the w hole
organ ization . In recent years,scho lars gradu ally realize that ind ividuals p sychological
resources p lay an im portant role in job stress form ing processes.
U nder th is background, th e presen t stu dy m easured th e level of job stressor, job
engagem ent and resilien ce am ong 365 enterprise em p loyees by using job stressor
scale, resilien ce scale an d job en gagem ent scale ,an d exam ined th e m oderate effect of
resilience on th e relation b etw een job stressor and job engagem ent. A M O S 7.0 and
SP SS 13.0 w ere app lied to analyze date, th e resu lt show s that:
(1) Em otion sign ificantly m oderated the relationsh ip betw een role con flict,
p erceiv ed career developm ent stress and v igor,in w h ich it had a bu ffer effect; it had a
buffer effect on th e relation sh ip b etw een ro le am b igu ity and ded ication, ro le conflict
and dedication ;m eanw h ile there ex isted buffer effect in the relationship b etw een ro le
am b igu ity and ab sorption , ro le conflict and ab sorp tion, interpersonal relation sh ip and
ab sorption .
(2) Social support m oderated the relation sh ip b etw een ro le am b igu ity and
ded ication , in w h ich had a sign ificant stren gth en effect.
(3) W ill had a strong strengthen effect on th e relation sh ip b etw een role con flict
and v igor ; it also had a strong strengthen effect on the relation sh ip betw een ro le
conflict and dedication ; in the relationsh ip b etw een role am b igu ity and ab sorp tion ,
role con flict and ab sorption, interp ersonal relationsh ip and ab sorption, it had a
