企业的根本竞争力在于人力资源的资本化(国外英语资料) [Abstract] this paper on what is the research on the competitiveness of human capital, human resources how to quantify the problem, human capital become the export path, as well as how to effectively implement the capitalization of human resources. Then, from the principle analysis, the basic competitiveness of enterprises lies in the capitalization of human resources. I. what is human capital? Since twenty-first Century, when entrepreneurs, politicians and management theorists talk about the core competitiveness of enterprises, they will always think of the key factor of human resources which is the most critical. Human capital, as the forefront of human resource management, has been repeatedly clicked by academia and business circles. How to proceed from the special resources of human resources, to explore the effective path of manpower as capital, is the question that all those engaged in human resource management and development should consider. The author puts forward his own thinking about this problem and is willing to discuss with all scholars and business circles. The Journal of Business Administration published an article by a prominent economist at the Tsinghua University, CEO is the result of institutional change.. In regard to the human capital view, this paper puts forward: human capital refers only two kinds of people in the enterprise, is a kind of occupation managers, another is the technical director, the two people as a kind of capital into the market. Although they behave as people, they have the function of capital. We believe that this definition of human capital is too narrow. Human capital is different from monetary capital, it is simply their own quality, improve the ability of human capital caused by the continuing appreciation and quality as the initiative ability and improve efficiency, it can be associated with various forms of currency capital together to form the real core competitiveness of enterprises.
