The tide of knowledge economy is putting talents on the top of all kinds of competitive power, and the international competition for talent has also made each enterprise regard human resources as the foundation of enterprise. However, compared with the mature and standardized human resource management system of foreign enterprises, our enterprises human resources management concepts, methods and systems must obviously be improved as soon as possible. 1, the difference between modern human resource management and traditional personnel management The most fundamental difference between human resource management and personnel management is that the former is more strategic, holistic and futuristic than the latter.
