[Abstract] this paper analyzes the differences between traditional personnel management and modern human resources management, points out the necessity of transforming from traditional personnel management to modern human resource management, puts forward the enterprise human resources management advice.
Drucker said: the so-called enterprise management is the ultimate human management, human management is synonymous with enterprise management.. The era of industrial economy physical capital and capital is the core of enterprise operation, along with the human social labor complexity continues to improve, more and more significant role of human capital, and human resources management from scratch in enterprise management is becoming more and more prominent. The tide of knowledge economy is putting talents on the top of all kinds of competitive power, and the international competition for talent has also made each enterprise regard human resources as the foundation of enterprise. However, compared with the mature and standardized human resource management system of foreign enterprises, our enterprises human resources management concepts, methods and systems must obviously be improved as soon as possible.
1, the difference between modern human resource management and traditional personnel management
The most fundamental difference between human resource management and personnel management is that the former is more strategic, holistic and futuristic than the latter. Human resource management is the traditional personnel management functions to improve the expansion of services from administrative staff control work to achieve the objectives of the organization, the establishment of a human resources planning, development, utilization and management of the traditional, to improve the competitiveness of the organization.
