湖南文理学院芙蓉学院 毕 业 论 文 论文题目 棉花栽秧机的设计 系 别 专 业 机械设计制造及其自动化 班 级 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师（签名） ××× 完成时间 2015 年 月 摘要 本文主要对棉花栽秧机的起获与覆土系统进行研究，并对该机挖掘与旋齿的主要部件和机构进行系统地设计计算和理论探讨。 棉花栽秧机总体结构设计：总体结构分为传动装置，覆土装置和挖掘装置。传动装置由万向联轴器、链传动传动组成；覆土装置通过连杆机构摆动栅条覆土筛实现棉花和土壤杂草的覆土；挖掘铲由独立铲片、铲片固定板和角度调节机构组成。 整机结构主要由拖拉机、机架、挖掘、传动、地轮构成。由拖拉机产生动力通过减速器和带轮将需要的动力传递到链轮上，链轮带动链条，从而带动覆土装置运动，将挖出的棉花运送到收集箱，同时通过抖动轮的作用使得棉花和泥土杂草覆土。 本论文研究内容摘要： (1)棉花栽秧机总体结构设计。 (2)棉花栽秧机工作性能分析。 (3)电动机的选择。 (4)对棉花栽秧机的传动系统、执行部件及机架设计。 (5)对设计零件进行设计计算分析和校核。 (6)运用计算机辅助设计，对设计的零件进行三维建模。 (7)绘制整机装配图及重要部件装配图和设计零件的零件图。 关键词： 棉花栽秧机；拖拉机；棉花；机械设计 Abstract This paper mainly researched potato harvester of the seized and separation system, discuss the calculation and theory of system design and the main part of the machine mining and tooth and mechanism.The overall structure of potato harvester design: the overall structure consists of driving device, separating device and a digging device. The driving device is composed of a universal coupling, chain transmission component; separation through the connecting rod mechanism of swing bar screen to achieve the separation of weeds in potato and soil; mining shovel shovel, shovel by independent film fixing plate and angle regulating mechanism. The structure is mainly composed of tractor retarder, jitter wheel, motor, rack, a digging shovel, transmission chain, wheel.
