比较结构中的特殊结构 as….as…结构 此比较结构是同级比较，第一个as是副词，修饰形容词或其他副词，第二个as是连词连接的是比较状语从句；前者连接的是“比较方面，后者连接的是比较对象”；意为“和…一样….” 例：He is as old as I am. He used to be almost as well-off(富裕) as his brother was. not as /so …as…结构 此结构是as…as…的否定形式，表示“不像…那样…”，强调后者（第二个as的后面对象）强于前者。 例：People are not so genuine as they used to be. The Chinese people are not so poor as many Americans imagine. not so much A as B结构 从原理上说，此结构与“not as/so …as…”的意思一致，只不过多了much表示程度，所以意义更加具体，可理解为“与其….不如…” 例：He is not so much a doctor as a teacher.
