The twenty-first Century is the era of knowledge economy, the economy is different from the traditional economic conditions, correspondingly, under the condition of knowledge economy, enterprise culture has different characteristics and requirements, that is to say, in the era of knowledge economy, enterprise competition is actually the competition of enterprise culture construction of an enterprise good or bad, is directly related to the rise and fall of the enterprise, therefore, hold insight said: the enterprise culture is to enhance the core competitiveness of the soul. If an enterprise does not have a soul, it is like a building without a foundation. It can not stand the severe wind and rain of market competition, and there is no vitality. Under the trend of economic globalization, Chinese tobacco enterprises must discuss the practical significance and long-term historical significance of the construction of corporate culture in order to achieve sustainable development. I. scientific judgment and characteristics of knowledge economy In the early 80s of last century, Chinese tobacco has just been formed, and human society has entered the era of knowledge economy in the sense of world history. The essence of the era of knowledge economy, is the application of knowledge products in the direct production process has become a characteristic phenomenon; knowledge is because of the surpassing in economic growth in the past the importance as independent factor of production, together with labor and capital, become the basic category of political economics.
