(YouJian 2 Yin Hongjun 摘 要：双盘浮顶与单层浮盘比，具有上浮均匀、使用寿命长等优点，但由于结构复杂，安装工程量大，特别是庞大的焊接工程量使得建造符合设计及施工质量验收标准的浮顶具有较大的难度，因此优选合理的施工方法和步骤是决定工程质量的关键。以6座10×104m3钢制外浮顶双盘储罐为例，在总结现场安装经验基础上形成了以搭设可拆卸临时胎架为组装平台，在胎架上进行浮顶底板、桁架及船舱隔板、浮顶顶板及浮顶附件等铺设组焊施工技术。应用该技术施工工艺简单，操作安全，在很大程度上节约了施工成本，同时提高了焊接效率和底板焊接平整度，对双盘浮顶储罐焊接质量起到至关重要的作用。 Abstract: Comparing with the single-floating disc, double-disk floating roof has uniform floating rate, long life and other advantages, but due to the complexity of the structure and the heavy installation workload, especially the large welding quantities, so it is very hard to built a floating roof which is in accordance with the design and construction quality acceptance standard. So optimizing the construction steps and methods is an important factor which affects the quality of the project. With six 10 x 104 m3 outside floating roof steel double disk storage tank as an example, based on the experience ,we formed welding construction technology which builded removable temporary fetal frame for assembling platform, the work like floating top roof, floating roof accessories group welding , laying the floor, truss,bulkhead, floating roof were handled on the tire rack .The application of this technology is simple in construction, safe in operation, reduces the construction cost greatly, it also improves the welding efficiency and welding plate flatness, plays a crucial role in the double deck floating roof tank welding quality. 关键词：大型储罐；双盘浮顶；临时胎架；组焊 Keywords: large tank; double deck floating roof; temporary frame; welding 0 前言 大型立式浮顶储罐是原油存储的关键设备，一般主要由储罐主体、浮顶及其它工艺附件组成，而作为储罐关键附件的浮顶，又有单盘浮顶与双盘浮顶两种结构形式。15×104m3钢制外浮顶双盘储罐。以10×104m3钢制外浮顶双盘储罐为例，其总质量约达400 t，主要由浮顶底板、浮顶顶板、桁架、隔舱板等组成，整个浮顶被隔舱板分隔成6 圈环舱、70多个独立的单舱，环形舱板间距约7m，结构见图1。 本文阐述技术关键是双盘浮顶组焊在可拆卸架台上进行，架台的特点是组立、拆卸快捷，有利于加快工期、节约成本。架台立柱高度可调整，保证架台上表面水平。外侧部分通过架台横梁与罐壁
