Some western developed countries to protect domestic market, in order to ensure human and animal and plant health safety and protect the earth environment, in the name of the build green trade barrier, strictly limit for Chinas exports of agricultural products, seriously hindered our country agricultural product export, great pressure on Chinas agricultural exports. As the worlds fifth largest exporter of agricultural products, agriculture is the pillar industry of our country, the agricultural products trade in Chinas foreign trade has a part of the share. But the green trade barrier has the legitimacy of the form, the rationality of the nominal aspects, as well as a distinctive feature of the concealment of the protection. In this context, therefore, in urgent need of Chinas agricultural products export trade green barriers to the research and analysis, put forward the countermeasures. Only in this way can improve the core competitiveness of Chinas exports of agricultural products, as soon as possible t
