To compare the curative effects of the mi munotherapy regmi ensw ith either Derm atophagoides pteronyssinus allergen extracts or a recomb inant Derp2( rDerp2). To offer a novel thread for mi munotherapy of allergic d iseases. M ethod : The BALB/ cm ice w ere d ivided in to four groups random ly. They were: negative control, positive contro,l allergen extracts and rDerp2. M ice were sensitized by i. p. injection of m ixture of allergen extracts and A l( OH) 3 except the negative contro,l andwere .i p. given a treatm entw ith either allergen extracts or rDerp2 respectively, and then w ere .i n. given allergen extracts as a challenge.
