毕业设计说明书 基于IPC的数据采集系统设计 专业 自动化 学生姓名 班级 B自动化052 学号 0510630220 指导教师 完成日期 2009年6月5日  基于IPC的数据采集系统设计 摘要：数据采集系统用于从一个或多个源采集模拟信号并将信号转换成可供终端设备，如数字计算机、通信网络分析和传输的数字形式。输入到数据采集系统中的模拟信号往往是由传感器和变送器将实际参数，比如压力，温度，流量等转化成相应的电信号。这些相应的电信号通常被数据采集系统转化，然后被终端设备以数字量形式利用。系统保障信号的准确和完整性的能力是衡量这个系统质量的标准。 在用工控机进行数据测量和控制时，必须将信号输入到工控机里和将工控机里数据输出去。数据采集卡功能强大，可以实现多种信号的输入和输出。“组态王”是基于WONDOWS平台的可视化工业控制组态软件，提供极其灵活的面向对象的动态图形功能以及丰富的图形库。在“监控和数据采集系统”中得到广泛应用。 通过对研华数据采集系统的分析，以VC++为开发工具设计出研华工控机数据采集系统；同时，对数据采集系统的原理、实现、意义作了主要介绍，总结了数据采集系统的特点以及数据采集系统在VC++下的实现。 实践结果表明，该系统使用效果良好，有着广泛的应用前景。 关键词：数据采集系统，工控机，组态王，VC++ Design of Data Acquisition System Based on IPC Abstract: Data acquisition systems are used to acquire analog signals from one or more sources and convert these signals into digital form for analysis or transmission by end devices such as digital computers, recorders, or communications networks. The analog signal inputs to data acquisition systems are most often generated from sensors and transducers which convert real-world parameters such as pressure, temperature, stress or strain, flow, etc., into equivalent electrical signals. The electrically equivalent signals are then converted by the data acquisition system and are then utilized by the end devices in digital form. The ability of the system to preserve signal accuracy and integrity is the main measure of the quality of the system. When the data is measured and controlled with industrial control computer, the data that had been input into the industrial control computer must be output out of industrial control computer. The powerful DAQ board can realizes the input and output of various signals. King View is a windows-based Industrially automated controlled configuration software, providing the object-oriented dynamic graphic features and various graphic library and thus found itself great application in SCADA.
