Marketing staff responsibilities
In the market development stage and the market maintenance stage, the sales staffs work focus and the work content are different.
In the stage of market development, sales staff focus is to expand the business, namely the dealers, customers or the circulation of customer development, and obtain the first order, and supporting the product or brand promotion assistant.
The maintenance phase in the market, the sales staff has established a relatively complete network of channels in the region, this stage of the work is focused on how to achieve steady growth in sales, maintenance and related matters of payment, market order, brand development.
Job focus and job content change, in order to better manage the sales staff, we need to adjust the performance management methods according to the characteristics of the maintenance stage.
In this paper, through the analysis of sales maintenance operation objectives and work content at the stage of the market, from the objective management, key performance indicators (KPI) in two aspects, to explore the market maintenance method of stage performance management of the sales staff, and in different human resources management capacity of enterprises, to provide the establishment and implementation of recommendations.

1, in the planned cost rate, to obtain stable growth orders;
2. Keep good turnover rate of goods and payment;
3, maintain regional market order and brand image;
