1静设备施工方案 Construction Procedure for Stationary Equipment 1.1概述 General 1.1.1 工程概况 Project Introduction 上海乙烯裂解装置安装工程Ⅰ标段有工业炉、容器、塔及冷换设备、反应器等静设备223台，总重量约为10941.5吨，其中大型设备有11台/2354吨，设备工程量分布情况详见设备一览表。 There are totally 223 sets of stationary equipments such as industrial furnaces, vessels, towers, heat exchanging equipments and reactors etc. in the installation engineering project of Shanghai Ethylene Cracking Complex, the total weight of which is about 10941.5 tons, among which, there are large scaled equipments 11 sets/2354 tons. The details of distribution of volume of works for equipments please see attached table 静设备安装的主要工作内容包括设备开箱检验、吊装就位与找正、试压、设备内件装填和防腐、绝热施工等；裂解炉安装还包括现场预制、焊接与衬里施工；拱顶罐拟进行现场预制、组装和焊接。 The main work activities of stationary equipment installation shall include the equipment open package inspection, lifting and positioning, alignment, pressure test, equipment internals loading, corrosion proofing and insulation; while the cracking heater shall also include the site assembling, welding and lining. The dome roof tanks shall be fabricated, assembled and welded at site. 静设备安装将根据设备基础或设备框架的交付情况，利用50吨～500吨吊车逐台吊装，同时满足乙烯装置总体进度计划与大型设备吊装计划的要求。裂解炉施工计划利用1台布置在炉前300吨?米塔吊进行其结构的安装，利用1台500吨、1台272吨格构式臂杆吊车完成其辐射炉管、对流模块、汽包及TLE的安装。大型设备的吊装方法详见“大件设备吊装方案”。 The installation of the stationary equipment shall be carried out with cranes of 50 tons to 500 tons according to the condition of equipment foundations and equipment frames. The installation shall also match the requirements of the overall progress schedule of ethylene complex and the lifting schedule of large-scale equipments. The structure of the cracking heater shall be installed with a tower crane of 300 tons昺eters in front of 安the heater, the radiant coils, convection modules, steam drum and TLE shall be installed with one set of 500 tons, one set of 272 tons lattice structured boom crane.
