The system is in the Tomcat server, MyEclipse development environment, the language used is JAVA, the database is MySQL. The user of the system includes three kinds of permissions: administrator, who is in charge of the project, the ordinary teacher, each category of users perform their respective duties, complement each other, to complete the scientific research project management. Administrator permissions, user rights management, including management, project category management, system management, can also query statistics information system. Person in charge of the project is the project examination and approval, the control of the system includes management, project approval, project completion management, system management. Ordinary teachers is to declare to the project, including project management function, project management, project completion date management, system management. Three types of user function clear division of labor, no cross between authority, the perfect combination, has provided the safeguard for the management of scientific research projects.
