摘 要 扇贝分选机设备主要应用在民用扇贝分选上，其作用是把成批的扇贝按照一定的 大小分等分级。本文设计的扇贝分选机由上料机构、传动排序机构、分选机构、图像 处理系统和气动控制系统组成。扇贝通过上料机构和传动排序机构，使扇贝呈逐个排 序状态，通过图像处理技术，检测扇贝大小。最后由分选机构对扇贝进行分选。 本文重点对扇贝分选机的上料机构、传动排序机构、分选机构进行三维建模，对 传动支架进行力学分析。设计一套测量扇贝大小的方法。还开发一套软件系统，此系 统能够呈现原始图像、图像特征和分选扇贝的数量。通过设计和安装调试的不断改进， 使扇贝分选机设备满足了使用要求，能够快速准确的完成扇贝分选。 关键词：扇贝 分选机 结构设计 分选系统 图像处理 ABSTRACT Scallops separator equipment is mainly applied in civil scallops sorting, its role is to put the size of the batch of scallops according to certain classification and grading. Scallops separator design in this paper by feeding mechanism, transmission sorting, separation mechanism, image processing and pneumatic control system. Scallop by feeding mechanism and driving sort, make the scallops can present one by one sorting status, through the image processing technology, detection of the size of the scallops. Finally by sorting the scallops for sorting. This paper feeding mechanism, transmission of scallops separator sorting mechanism, separation mechanism for the 3d modeling, and mechanics analysis was carried out on the transmission bracket. Design a set of measurement of the size of the scallops. Has also developed a set of software system, this system is able to present the number of the original image, image characteristics and separation of scallops. Through the design and installation debugging of continuous improvement, make the scallop separator equipment to satisfy the use requirement, can fast accurate finish the size of the scallops sorting.
