166 Jo rnal of Chinese Physician, Febr ary, 2005, Vol 7, No2 非4 ℃条件延长红细胞保存有效期的探讨 刘景汉, 韩玮, 于洋, 庄远 (解放军总医院 血科, 解放军临床 血中心, 北京　100853) 【摘要】　目的　探讨有效延长非4℃条件下红细胞保存有效期, 提高战时血液保障能力。 方法　采集 12 名健康捐血者的血液 各400ml 并制备浓缩红细胞, 每袋平均分成5 袋, 标记为联合组、新配方组、氨组、对照组和4℃组, 各组分别添加新保存液及氨、新保 存液、氨、SAGM 保存液、SAGM 保存液, 前四组置室温保存, 每天取样, 4℃组放入4℃冰箱保存, 在保存末期即35d 取样, 分别测定红 细胞ATP 等保存指标。 以4℃组ATP 为临界ATP, 观察各组达到临界ATP 值的保存时间, 确定各组保存有效期。 取6 袋浓缩红细 胞, 按照联合组标准添加保存液, 室温保存 12d 后每袋平均分成4 袋(组)并分别洗涤, 离心前分别平衡0min、5min、10min 和15min, 监 测残留NH4+和红细胞回收率。 结果　联合组、配方组、NH4+组和SAGM 组的保存有效期分别为 12、6、6 和 5d;若平衡 5min, 红细胞 洗涤4 次可有效去除残留NH4+, 平衡时间达到 10min 或 15min 洗涤 3 次即可达到目的, 洗涤3 次和4 次红细胞回收率分别达到 88.5%和83.1%。结论　联合配方是常温下较为理想的红细胞保存液, 使用生理盐水洗涤可有效地清除血氨。 [ 关键词] 　　红细胞保存液;保存有效期;氨;洗涤 Prolonging the Shelf Life of RBCs Stored at Non-4℃ LIU J ing -han, HAN Wei, YU Yang, et al.Department of Blood Transf sion, General Hospital of PLA, Center of Clinical Transf sion of PLA, Beijing 100853, China 【Abstract】　Obj ective 　To prolong the shelf life of RBCs stored at non-4℃, and improve the ability of blood s pplying d ring wartime.
