本 科 毕 业 设 计 (论 文) 走廊清扫机的设计 The design of the corridor cleaning machine 学 院： 机械工程学院 专业班级： 机械设计制造及其自动化 机械 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： （讲 师） 20 年 月 毕业设计（论文）中文摘要 走廊清扫机的设计 摘 要：电机安装在清扫机的前上方，下部分空腔留给质量比较大的电池安放，这样可以降低清扫机的重心高度，使清扫机工作过程中更加的平稳。电机通过V带与带轮带动主传动轴转动，主传动轴通过两相对安装的锥齿轮传动将动力传给前端两侧的圆盘刷上，带动圆盘刷反向旋转，两侧垃圾被扫到中间位置。推动清扫机前进，滚筒刷通过主传动轴带传动向前旋转，向前运行过程中将垃圾扫入紧贴地面的导板中，滚刷在此过程中还紧贴导板将垃圾送达导板最上端，使垃圾自然坠落进入带刷导板中。本课题设计的清扫机，是工作区域为工厂、办公楼等较大的长廊大厅等地方工作，大型清扫工具不方便进行作业的场合，宜选用本清扫作业装置，由于工作场合的特殊 ，对噪音上面的要求比较严格，采用的电力驱动可以有效地减少噪音，又可以减少污染，设计过程中所采用的零部件大多为标准件，生产加工比较容易，设备的生产成本比较低，功能可靠，是理想的清扫设备。 关键词：清扫机；盘形刷；滚刷；成本低 毕业设计（论文）外文摘要 The design of the corridor cleaning machine Abstract: Motor installed in the above before cleaning the machine, the part of the cavity for quality larger battery placed, so that we can reduce the cleaning the machines center of gravity height, make in the process of cleaning the machine work more smoothly.
