1 编制目的
1 Purpose
为了指导及规范ETS保护、联锁试验的调试工作，保证系统及设备能够安全正常动作，运行，制定本方案。
This program is drawn up for the purpose of guiding and regulating ETS protection and interlock test commissioning, making sure the protective signal of steam turbine can be sent out accurately, the system and equipment can active safely and normally, and the related equipment will be in service properly after the main steam turbine trips.

4 Necessary Preconditions for the Test
ETS装置接收来自TSI系统及汽轮发电机组其它系统来的停机信号,进行逻辑处理,输出汽轮机跳闸信号。
When ETS device receives shutdown signal from TSI system and other systems of the steam turbine-generator unit, it will do logical treatment and send out steam turbine trip signals.
4.1 做ETS保护、联锁试验应在汽轮机启动前进行
