139 作物研究 2013 年第27 卷第2 期 施用生物黑炭对烤烟锅吸收的抑制效应 尹力初，龚亚琴，舒荣波 (湖南农业大学资源环境学院，长沙 410128) 摘 要:生物黑炭是适宣在烟田广泛施用的有机物料。以烟轩和玉米秸轩为原料制得生物黑炭，利用室内培养及 温室盆栽试验，探讨不同生物黑炭对植烟土壤锅吸附、烟株生长及锯吸收的影响。研究结果表明，施用生物黑炭 能增强土壤对锅的吸附能力，并促进烟株的生长。在土壤中添加铺后，烟株的生长受到明显抑制，但生物黑炭的 施入能显著降低烟株的俑吸收量而减轻锚的毒害作用，且随其施用量的增加效果更加显著。两种生物黑炭中，以 施用烟轩黑炭的效果更为理想。 关键词:生物黑炭;植烟土壤;铺吸附;铺吸收;烤烟 中图分类号:5141. 6;5572. 062 文献标识码:A 文章编号: 1 ∞1-5280 (2013 )OH1l39 -04 DOI: 10. 3969/j. issn. 1∞1-5280.2013.02.10 Inhibition Effect 01 8icharcoal Application on Cd Absorpion 01 Tobacco YIN Li-chu , GONG Ya-q in , SHU Rong-bo (College of Resources and Environment , Hunan Agricultural University , Changsha , Hunan 410128 , China) Abstract: It is important to app1y appropriate organic matters in the tobacco fields , and bicharcoal maybe a suitable choice. In the research , incubation and pot trials in green house were carried out to exp10re the effect of the application of bicharcoal , which were produced by straw of maize or tobacco , on soi1 Cd adsorption , growth and Cd absorption of tobac- co. The results showed that the the application of bicharcoal increased the ability of soil to adsorption Cd , and irnproved the growth of tobacco. The addition of Cd in the soils restrained the growth of tobacco , but the application of bicharcoal in- hibited plant Cd absorption , and alleviated the damage of Cd on tobacco growth.
