《东方企业文化》2011年6月份定稿 浅谈简单、坦诚、阳光企业文化【内容提要】在现代企业管理中，同属上层建筑的企业文化思想政治工作，都是企业软管理方式的范畴，都在为企业的建设发挥着不可替代的作用。是必须着力解决的问题。?【关?键?词】/企业发展?? 建立一种简单、坦诚、阳光的企业文化，营造一种开放坦诚的沟通气氛，使员工之间不仅能够充分的进行思想沟通，自由的发表个人见解，还能倾听和接受其它员工的意见，通过相互沟通，消除隔阂，增进了解，逐步培养员工对团队的认同感、归属感，不断调动员工的积极性，充分激发员工的潜能，从而增强团队的凝聚力和形成共同的价值观，促进企业和员工的和谐发展与进步，确保企业在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展。下面结合自己30多年的行政和党务工作切身经历，阐述个人对新形势下建立简单、坦诚、阳光企业文化的认识和体会： 一、企业文化的内涵 所谓“企业文化”，就是企业在解决生存和发展的问题的过程中形成的，被大家认为有效而共享，并共同遵循和维护的基本认识、信念、价值观念和规则。要充分发挥干部的模范带头作用 manufacturers of technical documents on the quality requirements applicable to this project.
