跨国公司在中国投资的区位选择 摘要：随着经济全球化的大规模、全方位的推进,国际政治经济环境起了重大变化。经济自由化的趋势也在很大程度上改变了传统区位因素在跨国公司对外直接投资区位选择时的影响程度及其性质。本文采用数据和图表的方式，通过行业和区域两个角度分析了跨国公司在中国区位选择的现状；通过最新的数据，运用比较综合的方法，全方位多层次的衡量了跨国公司在中国投资的策略种类并探讨其影响因素，如政策环境，人文环境，民众对外资的态度，金融监管制度，法律完善程度，企业运行状况，人均GDP，土地成本，聚集效应，交通与教育，国民素质等等；从而获得有益的政策建议，即各地区在制定吸引跨国公司的政策时,既要了解自己的区位优势, 又要辅之以最佳的政策组合, 才能实现政策设计者的目的，增强对跨国公司投资的吸引力。 关键词: 跨国公司 投资 区位选择 Key: With the extensive, omni-directional promotion of the economic globalization, the great change has arisen in the international political economic environment. Economic trend at the time of changing the factor of traditional position in the foreign direct investment position of the trans-corporation is chosen to a great extent influence degree and their property too of liberalization. This article use the way of data and charts to analyze current area trans-corporation situation in China that position choose; through the newest data, use a comprehensive way, and omni-directional multi-level measurement tactics kind that trans-corporation makes an investment in China probe into their influence factors. Such as the policy environment, humane environment, attitudes toward foreign capitals of people, financial supervisory system, the law improves the intensity, enterprises operation conditions, per capita GDP, the cost of land, gathering, traffic and education, national quality, etc. Thus we obtained the beneficial policy recommendations, i.e. every area should understand ones own position advantage while making the policy which attract the trans-corporation, and also is set off by the best policy association, and that is the way we realize the policy designers purpose---strengthen the appeal invested in to the trans-corporation.
