動物售賣商牌照 (食用禽鳥) –附加條件 Animal Trader Licence (Food Bird) – Additional Conditions 動物售賣商牌照附加條件 ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO THE ANIMAL TRADER LICENCE (根據第139B章《公眾衞生(動物及禽鳥) (售賣及繁育) 規例》第5(3)條而制定) (Issued under Reg. 5(3) of the Public Health (Animals and Birds) (Trading and Breeding) Regulations, Cap. 139B) (適用於售賣食用禽鳥的商販) (Applicable to Food Bird Traders) 1. 牌照不得轉讓他人。 The licence is not transferable. 2. 持牌人必須遵守署長在隨附的營業守則上所訂定之其他各項規定。 The licensee must comply with such other conditions as may be laid down by the Director in a Code of Standards or Code of Practice. 3. 在領有牌照的處所內，持牌人除經營牌照上所規定之業務外，如未獲署長 允許，不得擅自經營其他業務，但持有署長根據公眾衛生(動物及禽鳥)條例 (第 139 章) 而簽發之牌照者，當可兼營該牌照上所指定之業務。 No other business, apart from that specified in the licence, shall be conducted on the licensed premises without permission of the Director, or unless licensed by the Director to do so under the Regulations, made under Public Health (Animals and Birds) Ordinance (Chapter 139). 4. 現批准買賣下列禽鳥： You are hereby permitted to trade in the following species of birds : Common Name (俗名) Chinese Name ( 中文名) Scientific Name (學名) Domestic Chukar 石雞 Alectoris chukar Pheasant 山雞 Phasianus colchicus Domestic Guinea Fowl 珍珠雞 Numida meleagris 5. 該等禽鳥必須: The birds must be :  只是上述品種的受飼養禽鳥 domestic birds of the above species only  在香港特區或中國大陸的農場妥善飼養 properly raised on farms in the Hong Kong SAR or in mainland China  無呈現疾病的臨床徵狀及對 H5 禽流感測試結果呈陰性反應 free from clinical signs of disease and tes
