The human body needs Nutrients species Protein Fat Carbohydrate Mineral Vitamin Water Protein meat, pig, ox, sheep, liver, and meat chicken, duck, fish, crab, eggs, etc.; milk, etc. beans, like green beans, black beans, soya-bean milk, etc.; Grains, like rice, noodles, etc.; Dried fruit, like peanuts, etc. Fat Meat Carbohydrate(碳水化合物) Grains, piece of the root-stock, potato, beans and so on. Mineral(矿物质) Animal liver, kidney, fish, Spinach, lean, egg yolks and so on Vitamin Carrots, kiwi fruit, nuts Corn, celery, pumpkin Water Water is the source of life. We should drink at least eight glasses of water every day. Saying 1 Saying 2 A sound mind in a sound body is a thing to be prayed for. Saying 3 After dinner ,rest a while, after supper ,walk a while.
