金 论坛 融 2012 年第9 期（总第201 期） 城市商业银行跨区域经营对其绩效的影响 刘 毅 王 颖 ［摘 要］本文以 家城市商业银行为例，选取了 年的数据，应用 三阶段方法， 26 2007~2010 DEA 选取恰当变量，就跨区域经营对其绩效的影响进行实证研究。结果表明，规模效率递增的城市商业银 行减少，不同的区域定位策略可以使城市商业银行技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率表现出众，城市 商业银行的经营效率与各银行的差异化发展道路、业务结构、创新能力、风险控制体系等很多因素有 关。城市商业银行不应仅仅追求跨区域发展，要根据自身的特点制定符合其战略目标的差异化发展道 路，否则，进行地域扩张反而会使城市商业银行的经营效率降低。 ［关键词］城市商业银行；规模效率；技术效率；区域定位 ［文章编号］ （ ） ［中图分类号］ ［文献标志码］ 1009 - 9190 2012 09 - 0073 - 05 F83 A The Impacts of Cross-Regional Operation of City Commercial Bank on Its Performance LIU Yi WANG Ying ［ ］ Abstract Based on the data of 26 city commercial banks from 2007 to 2010 and the appropriate variables, this paper uses the DEA three-stage method to empirically analyse the impacts of cross-regional operation on the performance of the banks. The re－ sults show that the number of city commercial banks with increasing scale-efficiency is reduced; the different region-positioning strategy can make the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and the scale efficiency of city commercial bank outstand－ ing; the operational efficiency of city commercial bank is related to its different development path, business structure, innovation ability, risk control system and many other factors.
