Experiment results show that the content of pa lladium determined the firing temperature and the leve l of cost price of the paste. Organ ic carrier plays the role of providing a certain degree of rheological properties of paste in order to meet the MlCC screen-printing requirements . The size of the organic carrier thixotropy has a direct impact on the screen printing image qua lity. Inorganic additives play the role of inhibiting the rapid contraction of paste in the firing process . Selecting different inorganic add itives can adjust the firing shrinkage match of paste between electrode layer and dielectric layer in the firing process, avoi d the cracking and other quality problems of the MLCC.
