The parameter for the boiler as following: 额定蒸发量 75t/h 额定蒸汽压力 5.3MPa 额定蒸汽温度 450℃ 给水温度 150℃ 排烟温度 140-150℃ Rated steam amount 75t/h Rated steam pressure 5.3MPa Rated steam temperature 450℃ Feeding water temperature 150℃ Gas temperature 140-150℃ 1.2 煮炉目的 Purpose for alkali boiling 锅炉在制造、运输及安装过程中，会产生或带入铁锈、油污等脏物，这些杂质的存在，对锅炉和汽机的运行带来很大危害，因此新安装的锅炉在正式投运前要煮炉清洗。同时对浇注料没完全析出的水分再次加热。 During the process of manufacturing, transportation and erection, it will cause or take in some rust or greasy dirt etc., this will bring huge damage to operation of boiler and turbine. Therefore before operation, the boiler must be cleaned and boiled-out. Meanwhile, the alkali boiling will continue heating the moisture inside the refractory material which is not completely dry-out. 2. 煮炉应具备条件 Necessary conditions for alkali boiling 2.1 锅炉有关系统：烟风、汽水、燃烧、燃油系统具备点火条件。 Related systems: flue gas, steam and water, burning, ignition system are ready for operation. 2.2 锅炉所有阀门、挡板开关灵活，指示正确，就地与集控一致。 Valves, dampers have flexible switches with correct indication. Local control can meets with center control room. 2.3锅炉所有所有有关热工测量仪表安装完毕、全部投入且指示准确。 All related instruments installation completed, all put into operation with correct indication. 2.4 锅炉本体各膨胀指示器安装正确，行程自由。 Boiler expansion indicator installation correctly and work freely.
