摘要 现代经济的核心是金融业，而银行又是金融的核心，金融市场健康发展的前提则是商业银行财务信息真实有效的披露。所以，一直以来，商业银行的财务信息披露问题备受投资者的关注。中国农业银行是我国上市国有商业银行之一，其财务信息披露有一定经验，但也存在着不同程度的问题。同时，随着我国资本市场的不断发展，金融监管机构和投资者对商业银行财务信息披露的要求会越来越高。因此，对农业银行财务信息披露问题的研究，拥有很大的参考价值和重要意义。本文在调查获取足够的相关资料后，理论联系实际，综合运用经济学、统计学等方面的基本知识，通过比较分析、理论分析、举例论证等方法，揭示了现阶段农业银行财务信息披露存在的问题。最后提出解决农业银行财务信息披露问题的建议。 关键词：农业银行；财务信息；披露 Abstract Finance is the core of modern economy, and banking is the core of finance, commercial banks operating currency as a special industry, financial information disclosure has attracted investors’ attention to it. Agricultural Bank of Chinese is one of Chinas state-owned commercial banks listed, its financial information disclosure has some experience, but there are varying degrees of problems. At the same time, with the continuous development of Chinas capital market, financial regulators and investors require commercial banks to the financial information disclosed will be higher. Study on the Agricultural Bank of China financial information disclosure issues is of great practical significance and reference value. In this paper, obtain the relevant information in the investigation foundation, master enough sufficient theory, theory with practice, the comprehensive use of economics, statistics and other aspects of the basic knowledge, through comparative analysis, theoretical analysis, exemplification and other methods, reveals the current agricultural bank financial information disclosure problems. Finally, combining theoretical knowledge and inquiry mastered commercial banks to disclose information on financial aspects of the proposed measures proposed to resolve the Agricultural Bank financial disclosure issues.
