LANZHOU UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY 毕业设计 题 目 皮 带 配 料 称 控 制 系 统 设 计 学生姓名 1111111111 学 号 1111111111 专业班级 11111111111 指导教师 1111111111 学 院 111111111111111 答辩日期 111111111111 摘要 皮带配料秤是一种用于工业、农业生产上自动化的配料设备，通常是由带有自动配料算法软件的微机作为其自动配料的控制系统。其广泛用于煤炭、化工、冶金、建材、食品等关乎国计民生的各个行业，配料系统可以对物料的配比实现累计控制，而准确的秤量控制可以提高产品质量和产量，并且可以降低生产成本，提高劳动效率。 本次设计主要以水泥厂粉磨车间的熟料配料系统为背景，针对皮带配料系统的控制问题提出方案并进行设计。该系统是由单片机构成的皮带配料秤，设计的重点是皮带上瞬时物料重量的称重和皮带走速的测量，物料的瞬时重量由荷重传感器测量，经过放大后并进行转换形成数字信号送至单片机，而皮带走速信号需要测速传感器测出信号经过分频处理送至单片机。该系统由单片机作为控制核心，重量信号和走速信号都由单片机处理，计算出瞬时流量与设定值比较，之后将信号转换为模拟量从而控制可控硅控制板，调节滑差电机的转速，使物料流量稳定在预期的设定值，达到皮带配料秤运行的目的。 关键词：配料秤；单片机；传感器；荷重信号；键盘 Abstract Belt burden balance is one of the ingredients used for industrial, agricultural production automation equipment, is usually made with the software of microcomputer automatic batching algorithm as its automatic batching control system.It is widely used in coal, chemical industry, metallurgy, building materials, food and other related industries of national economy and peoples livelihood, batching system can achieve total control of material mix ratio, and accurate weighing control can improve product quality and yield, and can reduce production cost, improve labor efficiency. This design mainly by the clinker cement grinding workshop batching system as the background, in view of the belt of batching system control scheme and design are put forward.The system is composed of single chip microcomputer belts batching scale, design is the focus of the instantaneous materials weighing the weight of the belt and belt speed measurement, the instantaneous weight of the material by the load sensor, after amplification and transform form a digital signal sent to the single-chip microcomputer, and belt speed signals need speed sensor to measure through frequency division processing to send the signals to single chip microcomputer.The system consists of single chip microcomputer as contro
