th 11 OAPS Working Paper Series Paper No. 2013-057 Website: http://www.oaps.hk/ 1 笔记本电脑外置翅片散热器的设计与研究 Design and Research on External Finned Radiator of the Laptop 伍开瑞 Kairui WU 机械与动力工程学院 School of Mechanical Engineering 摘要 目前笔记本电脑外置散热器产品主要利用金属网格和吸风装置散热，其散热性能较差，并且噪 音与安全问题也令人堪忧。本文根据笔记本电脑散热特点，给出了一种外置翅片散热器，针对不同 尺寸、材料的笔记本电脑外置翅片散热器的散热过程进行了数值仿真，并利用环境模拟实验验证了 数值方法的可靠性。理论与实验结果表明，笔记本电脑外置翅片散热效果良好，翅片高度和个数是 决定翅片散热效果的主要因素，传统的铜制翅片较铝制翅片散热效果更好。为笔记本电脑外置翅片 散热器的产业化提供了参考。 关键词：散热效果，笔记本电脑，外置翅片，计算传热 ABSTRACT In present, the external radiators of laptop mainly use metal mesh and air suction device to cool, the performance is poor, and the noise and security are also big problems. According to the characteristics of the heat dissipation of laptop, this paper presents an external finned radiator, the result of the numerical simulation of this products and the result of the experiments to verify the reliability of the numerical simulation. Theoretical and experimental results both show that the external finned heat dissipation of laptop works good, and the height and the number of the fins are the main factors determining the effect of the product. The traditional copper finned radiator is better than aluminum finned radiator. This paper provides references for the industrialization of the external finned radiator of laptops.
