The participants were divided into praying and exercise, praying, exercise and control group in terms of level of exercise and praying. The results showed that the gender factor did not influence the cognition in older adults. The age and educational level affected the cognition significantly in older adults. Older adults who had a higher educational level had better cognitive function than those who had lower educational level. The younger older adults had better cognitive function than senior older adults. The praying activity and exercise had significant effect on cognitive function in older adults. The older adults who exercised or prayed had better cognitive function than those who did not exercise or pray. In addition, the praying time per day and the exercise length time had significant effect on cognitive function in older adults. Key words: older adults; Muslim; pray; cognitive function; exercise 适应体育锻炼对中度智障儿童适应行为影响研究 陈莉* 温州医学院应用心理系，温州，325035，cl6822184@ 摘 要：目的：了解智障儿童的适应行为特点，并重点探讨适应体育锻炼对中度智障儿童适应性行为的影响。方法：采用儿童适应行为评定量表，对温州市某特殊教育学校的142名年龄在8 岁至12岁之间智障儿童的适应行为进行了调查。并将其中65名适应行为评定为中度受损的智障儿童分为实验组和对照组，对实验组的被试进行适应体育锻炼干预，持续时间一年，每周2次，每次40分钟，干预结束后，采用配对性t检验，比较实验组及对照组干预前后在适应行为各因子的差异。结果：（1）智障儿童的适应行为各因子功能随缺陷程度而减退的趋势不同；（2）智障儿童在适应行为各因子上都与智力正常儿童均存在显著差异(p0.05 p0.01)；（3）为期一年的适应体育锻炼结束后，中度受损的智障儿童其适应行为在运动能力、生活自理、社会责任有所改善。结论：为期一年的适应体育锻炼对智障儿童适应性行为的改善是有作用的。 适应体育智障儿童适应行为Study of Effect of Adapted Physical Activity on Adaptive Behavior of Moderate Mentally Retarded Childre
