听力说课稿概要1
Analysis of teaching materials This unit is chosen from PEP senior high school grade one book two.The main topic is festivals and customs. Listening occupies an important position in the learning of english.It can be used as a clue of the whole unit. There are 3 listening materials in this unit.They are concerning with “Mardi Gras”、“Ramadan”and“Easter” . These festivals are totally new to students.they need to be given some background befor listening. Teaching goals Language goals: Grasb some useful words and expressions concerning with festivals. Master some basic sentences about how to describe a festival and how to express one’s own ideas. Ability goals: The Ss are able to understand the listening materials after this class. Enable the Ss to have a general knowledge about various festivals and their customs. Emotion goals: Enable the Ss to know more about foreign festivals and their festival culture. Enable the Ss to have a better understanding about foreign festivals through the contrast between Chinese and foreign festivals. Raise the awareness of patriotism. Difficult and key points Difficult points: The pronunciation of some names of festivals and their chinese meaning. Some weak form and liaison in listening process. Key points: The general meaning of these listening materials. New words and expressions which are used to describe festivals. Basic information about different festivals. Teaching method Task-based teaching method Teaching model is bottom-up model and top-down model. Teaching procedures Warming-up Pre-listening While-listening Post-listening homework Warming-up 1.show the Ss a video of spring festival show,then introduce our topic today is festival. 2.play a song“Jingle Bells”,let the Ss guess which festival are they celebrating? Pre-listening 1.predicting give the Ss some pictures about different festivals,try to predict some basic information. 2.setting the scene provide some background information about the festiva
