Th is paper system ically expounds the internal structure of the cooling device and in terrelated param eters of ther- m oelectricm aterial, and obtains the optmi al theoretical values for the des ign. Comb ined num erical smi ulation w ith analytical m ethod, the comp lex influence for refrigerating perform ance mi provem entw as discussed, involving them erit figureoptmi al phys-i cal dmi ensiontemperature of cold/heat med iumelectric currentintens ity of interfacial convection heat transfer, as well as the comp lem entary effects.
