火星轮协议书 篇一：外轮告知书 告知书 Notification 致： _______________轮 TO: THE MASTER OF M/V __________________ 首先欢迎贵轮及全体船员到福建华东船厂有限公司修船。 First of all, we warmly welcome you and your whole crew to our fujian huandong Shipyard Co., Ltd. 为确保贵轮在我公司修船期间顺利平安，特对有关事项予以告知，请予大力配合。 To ensure offer your ship a satisfactory service, we shall specially put forward such points for your attention. Your fully cooperation and assistance will be greatly appreciated. 一、请遵守中华人民共和国及地方政府的有关法律，尊重中华民族的风俗习惯。 1. Please abide by related laws and regulations formulated by the People’s Republic of China and the local government and follow the Chinese tranditional custom and habit. 二、登陆活动应随时携带有效身份证件，并接受治安管理人员查验；未经许可不得将其他人员带进公司。严禁携带枪支、毒品、淫秽物品及其他违禁物品下地。 2. Please bring your valid identity card at all times when you prepare to land and go through the examination by the security officer. No acceptance except on business. Guns, drugs and obscene publishing articles and contraband are totally prohibited. 三、请将甲板其他部位有色金属拆下统一保管，并派专人值班，请随手锁好房门，关闭窗子，以防明火作业火星溅入房内引起火情，造成不必要的损失。 3. Please disassemble and keep the non-ferrous metal parts of the deck and other in the right place, and monitor by the specific duty. Remember to keep the doors and windows of the chamber tightly locked to prevent from the spark which is ignited by the clear fire work causing the fire conflagration and certain dispensable losses. 四、修理期间我公司将配置明火作业监护用灭火器和消防水源，请将船方灭火器材在原位置配置，我公司启动用船方灭火器材，将会在贵轮开船前补充、配置妥。 4. During the repair period, our shipyard will equip you with the specific fire extinguishers and adequate water reserve. Please fit the fire extinguishers offered by the shipyard in their right original place. We will be willing to provide you with full supply and proper fittings. 五、外轮进厂后，要严格控制船方自修项目的明火作业，必须进行明火作业时，要及时向单船总管申报，按我司明火作业审批程序进行审批。 5.
