深圳南山区艾滋病自愿咨询门诊求询者HIV感染状况 曾玲荣 袁梦 [摘要] 目的 了解深圳市南山区疾病预防控制中心（CDC）艾滋病自愿咨询(VCT)门诊求询者HIV感染状况，为预防控制艾滋病的流行提供科学依据。方法 收集整理2010-01/2012-12南山区CDC门诊VCT人群HIV抗体检测结果，用描述性方法进行统计分析。结果 共有2 043人进行VCT门诊咨询和血清检测,确诊HIV抗体阳性者317例,阳性检出率占总数15.52%，其中男性302例、女性15例，男女之比为20.13：1；年龄分布在18～81岁之间，年龄主要集中在20～39岁（252例），占79.50%；在317例阳性检测者中，因男男同性恋性接触感染285例，占全部感染人数的89.91%；配偶/固定性伴阳性感染18例，占5.68%；非婚异性接触9例，占2.84%；献血浆史4例，占1.26%；手术史1例，占0.32%。 结论 深圳市南山区VCT门诊艾滋病感染者的主要传播途径为性传播，以男男同性恋传播为主。 [关键词] 艾滋病自愿咨询检测; 感染 HIV Infection Status of Clients to VCT Outpatients in Nanshan, Shenzhen City ZENG Ling-rong, YUAN Meng Shenzhen Nanshan District Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Shenzhen 518054, Guangdong Province, China. Abstract Objective To investigate the infection status of clients to HIV voluntary counseling testing (VCT) outpatients in Nanshan CDC, Shenzhen, and thus to provide reference for HIV prevention. Methods The HIV antibody test results of the clients to VCT outpatients in 2010 – 2012 in Nanshan CDC were statistically analyzed. Results Totally 2043 clients participated the VCT counseling and serum test, of which, 317 were confirmed to be HIV positive, accounting for 15.52% of the total. There were 302 males and 15 females, with a sex ratio of 20.13 : 1. The age distribution was 18 – 81 years old and concentrated in 20 – 39 years old (252), accounting for 79.50%. In those HIV positive clients, 285 were infected by male homosexual contacts, accounting for 89.91% of the total; 18 were infected as spouse / life partners, accounting 5.68%; the number of those with infection of non-marriage sexual contact was 9 (2.84%); four had a history of donating plasma, accounting for 1.26% and one had surgery history, accounting for 0.32%. Conclusion The main transmission route of the HIV infectors to VCT outpatients in Nanshan is sexual contact, and dominated by infection of male homosexual contact.
