香港廉政公署对大陆廉政建设的借鉴意义 摘 要 古往今来，腐败问题一直是人们普遍关注的话题，它的存在是国家长治久安、国家稳定的大敌。我党虽然在刚建国时就已经强调警惕敌人“糖衣炮弹”的攻击，“务必使同志们继续保持谦虚谨慎、不骄不躁的作风；务必使同志们继续保持艰苦奋斗的作风”。但随着我国进入市场经济，贪污腐败现象就愈演愈烈，贪污数字也愈来愈骇人听闻，贪腐分子的级别也越来越高，甚至省部级、副国级干部都出现了很多贪腐分子，这些现象严重损害了党和国家在人民群众中的威信，扰乱了正常的社会主义现代化建设，阻碍了改革开放和祖国伟大复兴的步伐。 它的存在和膨胀引起了党和国家领导人的高度重视，国家也因此下大力度整治腐败。本文主要通过分析香港廉政公署的建立、职权责任、运行方式等，对比内地反腐机关的不足之处，从而找出解决之道，为社会主义繁荣昌盛保驾护航。 关键词：廉政公署；贪污腐败；廉政体系；廉政教育 Hong Kong ICAC SIGNIFICANCE FOR CHAINA TO BUILD A CLEAN GOVERNMENT ABSTRACT Through the ages,corruption has been a topic of common concern to people,it is the enemy of national security,national stability. Although it has been emphasized in the founding of our party alert to attack enemy sugar-coated cannonball,make sure the comrades continue to remain modest and prudent,persons style of work,make sure the comrades continue to keep to the style of hard struggle. But with Chinas entry into a market economy,corruption is intensifying,and digital will become more and more corruption,corruption molecular level also more and more high,even provincial level cadres,deputy countries there are many corruption molecules,these phenomena seriously harmed the party and national prestige in the masses of the people,disrupted the normal socialist modernization construction,and hindered the pace of reform and opening-up and glorious rejuvenation of the motherland. Its existence and expansion has caused the great attention of the party and state leaders, national regulation corruption and endeavoring to degrees. This paper mainly through the analysis of the establishment, functions and powers of the Hong Kong ICAC responsibility, operation mode, etc., compared to the mainland anti-corruption agencies deficiencies, to find out the solution, is the escort of socialist prosperity.
