Castel in the sky Hayao Miyazaki is a Japanese manga artist and prominent film director and animator of many popular anime feature films.His films often incorporate recurrent themes like humanitys relationship with nature and technology,and the difficulty of maintaining a pacifist . The protagonist of his films are often strong,independent girls or young women.While two of his films,The Castle of Cagliostra and Castle in the Sky,invove traditional villains,his other films like Princess Mononke present morally ambiguous antagonists with redeeming qualities. The story takes place in an alternative universe where although the setting and the chracters dress would suggest a rural time of air ships that can carry thousands of passengers would prove it. The film opens high above the sky,where a small air craft with a prate(海盗）symbol is looming over a huge air passenger ship.On sigal,four mini-air crafts eject(飞出）from the craft and falp towards the passenger ship. Sheeta（希达） Pasu（巴斯） Sheeta Sheeta is a descendant of the royal family named Laputa The girls ancestors leave out the high development of the civilization Pasu Pasu is a boy who helps Sheeta to get rid of bad guy and find her hometown. Muska He also a royal descendant .He wants to get the power of the Laputa.Then he depend on the army to cheat Sheeta.so he can get the key to Laputa,When he get the power,he betray the army. Finally,he lose everything. Captain Dla and her sons An old active pirate,always has a clear mind.Though a pirate she is. they want to enter the Laputa because of money,and they achieve their desire. They are good people,though they make many troubles for Sheeta and Pasu at first. Sheeta is a descendant of the legendary Laputa royal.
