The project is located along the main street opposite the ferry terminal of the capital city Male island of Maldives. The project covers an area of 3550 ㎡ and 16 -storey. The building total height is 52.5 m and an estimate construction area of 4600㎡. The podium of the project are bank, commercial premises restaurant and the upside are hotel rooms apartments. After completion of the project , the building will become Male’s tallest landmarks at present.
