Furthermore, we take advantage of MATLAB, SPSS software, realizing the solution to the problem of “the matching degree” in different time and space and the helping degree of “easing the ‘taxi’ difficulty” under subsidy policy with different taxi software. In response to solve the first problem, by mechanism analysis, selecting each passenger average waiting time and the monthly income of drivers as two indicators to measure the taxi resources “supply-demand matching” degree. The quantitative character of these two indicators make the results of the modle can be intuitive analysis. Based on the arithmetic of Floyd, we caculate the monthly income of drivers with different driving rate using average passenger waiting time and analysis data.And based on resource matching programming model we calulate “the matching degree” in different time and space. For example, in an economic development zone , the result of the average passenger waiting time is 124.67 seconds using a taxi software in this economic development zone and the drivers monthly income is 5463.5 yuan.Compared the longest accepted waiting time for passengers and drivers’ satisfaction minimum income under the background of this city, we can conclude that “the matching degree” in this economic development zone is all right.
