skills of the students. Experimental object is the body of Beijing Sport
University School of Athletic 08 students. Research methods include:
questionnaires, fuzzy hair, experiment, mathematical analysis, logical

skills identified as five main, design lesson plans were written skills,
demonstration skills, explain the skills, classroom organization skills

Experiment in teaching the experimental group and control group were
carried out according to two different sets of experimental pilot program,

Evaluation methods included both qualitative assessment and quantitative
evaluation. Experimental data obtained mainly from the quantitative
